Part Number 0022356-1-1. 8" x 12" on center feed throat. Oversized (8") Gearbox is direct driven in a wraparound manner by a 500 HP Reliance Super RPM 1150/1680 RPM D/C motor with Siemens Simoreg Microprocessor SCR control mounted in a stand-alone enclosure. Gearbox has a reduction ratio of 11.304:1 and is rated at 1050 HP at a service factor of 1.5. Liquid cooling system with heat exchanger for gearbox protection. Stand-alone control panel with sixteen (16) zones of Barber Coleman model 2408 digital controllers. Manufactured 9/2011. Gearbox completely rebuilt by Texas Extrusion Services 4/2022. 460/3/60. Drive 794 amps. Temp panel 400 amps. Reportedly barrier screw installed. Xaloy model EH-80SH hydraulic slide plate screen changer having two (2) nominal 8? diameter breaker plates. The gearbox is a Flender model SZNE250 having a reduction ratio of 13.88:1 and has a service rating of 200 HP and a catalogue rating of 325 HP. The gearbox is belt driven in a wraparound manner by a 200 HP D/C motor with Safetronics SCR control. Over-sized on center oblong feed throat with water cooling. Free-standing temperature control panel has ten (10) zones of temperature controls. SCR is mounted inside the control panel. 480/3/60 400 amps. S/N 1832. Mounted on the extruder discharge is a model HSC-45 hydraulic slide plate screen changer having two (2) nominal 4.5" diameter breaker plates with oversized 5 HP hydraulic power pack. S/N H45-204. Downstream is a PTI model CPF1000S water ring pelletizing system with 3 HP cutter head, die, sluiceway, water system, Gala model 8.1BF spin dryer and control panel. S/N 2780. 460/3/60 30 amps.

Over-sized on center oblong feed throat with water cooling and volumetric screw feeder. Free-standing temperature control panel has ten (10) zones of temperature controls. Inverter is free standing and mounted in its own enclosure. Mounted on the extruder discharge is a hydraulic slide plate screen changer having two (2) nominal 4.5" diameter breakers with hydraulic power pack, stand, and strand die. Downstream includes an 11" Cumberland "Quietizer" pelletizer with solid helical rotor. Powered by a 25 HP A/C motor and Yaskawa model V1000 inverter. Pelletizer feeds 10" x 72" Witte two deck screener. Offered less extruder screw.
